Nice restaurant, large and functional room with a balcony as well as nice bathroom. Amazing and incredible location right at an Israeli shopping center. Just 15 minutes walking to the city center.

The breakfast and afternoon tea provision was very good. The sun terrace is also a considerable asset. The hotel is an architectural gem.
It was surprising that there was no hotel bar.

The location is fantastic for central Tel Aviv, the staff went out of their way to be helpful, friendly and I was upgraded to a larger room on a simple request.
The Sauna Jacuzzi area was only open during certain hours and I felt it would have been fantastic if extended longer hours.

The Cinema is a true boutique hotel with the fun twist of the theater relics all around. It's a fine building in an outstanding location for seeing Tel-Aviv. Staff were very accommodating especially with hotel services. The breakfast was excellent and they were keeping it open later to accommodate more guests, very much a plus. Cinema Hotel also has an afternoon Happy Hour that lasts fro several hours and is a great break in the day, especially if it's nice enough on the balcony. They don't scrimp.
Not suitable - at least our room wasn't - for three people. It was too crowded with the extra cot they brought in. The parking is also dicey once you navigate the bizarre arrangement of one-way streets, but that's not the hotel's fault.

Units with a terrace the outside space.
Didn't like the staff, some of them were not trained.

A beautifully and tastefully renovated bauhaus cinema in a wonderful location, right in the nicest and most interesting part of town and within easy walking distance of everything, including the beaches and main shopping areas. The rooftop terrace was great, and it was nice to have drinks and snacks provided in the afternoon (as well as the breakfast). Many rooms (including mine) had balconies, which was a wonderful (and unexpected) addition. There were lots of restaurants, cafes and 24 hour supermarkets very near the hotel. Some of the staff (especially those doing food and the night desk manager, Alfonzo) were excellent.
The breakfast was not as good as expected - since the hotel appeared to have no religious jews in residence, I felt it was unnecessary to impose a kosher breakfast on all the other guests. The effect of this was a preponderance of eggs and cheese, but no meat products at all. If you like fish (which I don't) it might have been better, but it seemed to me to lack variety.

It was a nice touch to have tea, fruit, biscuits, cakes and wine on the 4th floor free of charge after 5pm. The Jacuzzi was also good. The room was quite clean, and check out time was not too early.
On the first morning the hotel was fully booked and we had to wait 20 mins in a queue (standing up) to be seated for the buffet breakfast. The hotel was situated near 2 night clubs and music could be heard from our room well into the night. On the first night, we were given a twin room instead of a double room, as the hotel was fully booked. This is despite the hotel emailing us 24 hours in advance of our stay to confirm our booking. However, we swapped for the second night.

the staff is very helpful. free wifi.
The parking is for only 4 cars (one behind the other). This hotel is ok to visit the town but if you need to move in and out for business it's a problem with your car, The position is central but the area outside the hotel is a bit run down . Rooms are pretty basic

The location is the best feature of this hotel - on Dizengoff Square, lots of restaurants and shopping near by, as is the and beach (about 10 minutes walk.)
There is a night club underneath the hotel - not sure how many nights it operates or up to what level of the hotel the music can be heard, but in Rm 108 (immediately above), on a Thursday night, the beat was still audible at 0200hrs.
